Refund and Return policy

RETURNS

at MIRROR MORRA asthetics wholesale we are confident to provide a high level of service and want you to feel 100% confident in using our services but in any instance of returns we offer a 14-day returns policy. Here’s how it work’s:

  • No refunded will be honoured if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit)
  • No replacement or refund will be honoured if it’s been 14 days from dispatch date.
  • Replacements will under go investigations and any decision made will be down to the discretion of MIRROR MORRA Aesthetics Wholesale Management team.
  • set products cannot be returned due to their nature or hygiene and safety, this is down to management to accept or decline any returns.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason please let us know why by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email.

REFUNDS:

We at MIRROR MORRA asthetics wholesale believe in providing a high level of service and customer gratification but in any instances a refund is requested we will try our best to solve any issues which may be present. This is how it works: 

– All refunds are down to the discretion of the MIRROR MORRA Wholesale Management Team.

– We don’t take any responsibility for any orders being delayed during transit with our delivery partners. Any delays won’t be issued a refund unless this is authorised by management. (This includes all delivery options, Pre-timed options and international)

– MIRROR MORRA Wholesale is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery or late deliveries.

– Any products that are due a refund needs to be returned to us unopened before we can issue a refund.

– If buying for business use we are rightfully able to decline all refund requests.

– Any products that are faulty will be investigated and no refund will be issued until the investigation has concluded, if we find a batch problem a refund will be issued. A refund is also down to management.

ALL REFUNDS CAN TAKE UPTO 3-5 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE DAY OF PROCESSING.
